How it Works, Video Placeholder

Step 1

The specially designed Bubble Bins truck has a hydraulic lift which grips your trash container and elevates it from your curbside over the cleaning unit.

Step 2

Once over the cleaning unit, the jets will scrub the bin using high-heat, high-pressure, and our green seal certified products.  While the unsanitary water is collected in the containment unit of the Bubble Bins truck for proper disposal.

Step 3

Upon completion, the hydraulic arm places the trash container back in its curbside position.  And the resulting clean, sanitized, and deodorized Bubble Bin is ready for you to wheel away!

FAQs

Q: Why should I clean my trash bin?
A: Your trash bin harbors bacteria and viruses, which are harmful to you and your family. These bacteria, combined with trash residue, leave your bins unsafe and smelly!! Unclean bins also attract insects and rodents. A trash bin serviced by Bubble Bins eliminates these problems. We kill 99% by using 180 degree water and biodegradable cleaners to ensure that your cans have been cleaned, deodorized, and sanitized.

Q: Can I alternate or rotate bins each cleaning cycle?
A: No. Each container has its own identification and will be cleaned each service cycle.

Q: How does it work?
A: Bubble Bins customers receive a monthly service schedule coinciding with your regular residential trash pickup. Our specially designed curbside cleaning units visit your home and cleans your bin after the trash has been removed by the waste collection truck.

Q: What happens if I move from a Bubble Bins service area?
A: You should contact Bubble Bins anytime you are planning a move so that we can make proper arrangements to continue your service in another area or cancel your service if we don’t service your new residential area.

Q: What programs are available?
A: Our Residential program provides 1 cleaning, for your residential trash bin (green container), 1 time per month. We sign you up for 3 consecutive months, and this service automatically renews unless canceled (in writing) 30 days prior to your upcoming service. The service is billed monthly at $9.95 per bin. An Annual Plan is available as well and results in 2 free months of cleaning. The Annual Plan is paid in full $99.50 at sign-up. This program provides 1 cleaning, for your residential trash bin (green container), 1 time per month for 12 consecutive months (giving you 12 cleanings for the price of 10).

Q: How much water do you use?
A: If you were to clean your own can using a hose, you could easily use 15 gallons or more. On average it takes us less than 4 gallons. Did you know it is AGAINST THE LAW to clean your cans and let the water run down the storm drain? This contaminated water does serious damage to our waterways and the environment. We collect the water and dispose of it according to EPA guidelines.

Q: Will you provide a one-time cleaning?
A: We don’t currently provide one-time cleanings. We feel our services are best utilized on a monthly schedule.

Q: Can you remove paint, tar, or other "permanent" items that have dried inside my bin?
A: We use up to 3000 psi pressure which is very powerful. Paint, tar, and other adhesives are extremely difficult to remove and may not come off. We will do our best to remove these problem areas. Bins that have not been washed in several years (or ever!) may also require a few more cleanings before these problem areas are broken up and removed. Our customers have been thrilled with the results and so will you. Please remember... if you have newer cans, they are sure to look brand new after cleaning. If your cans are several years old, they will be clean but may have the "worn look" still present. Please be reasonable. Although we can't take a can that is 20 years old and make it look brand new, it will be cleaned, deodorized, and sanitized to protect you and your family. We take great pride in offering this new and unique service to all our neighbors.
